RPM is a holding company of many subsidiaries that operate in the coatings industry. Sales are from the Industrial division, including markets for waterproofing, corrosion control and maintenance coatings, and from the Consumer division. The major coatings subsidiaries are Carboline, Tremco, Day-Glo, TCI Powder Coatings, Kop-Coat, Rust-Oleum, Zinsser, Flecto, Chemspec, Pettit, and Testor. Non-coating companies are DAP, Bondo, Fibergrate Floor Grating, American Emulsion, Textile Specialties, Stonhard Flooring, Euco Concrete and Masonry Specialty Products. Some consolidations have been taking place the last few years.
