Air Products Announces Price Increase For Polyurethane Catalysts
Air Products, Lehigh Valley, PA, announced that effective October 1, 2007, it will increase prices for Dabco TEDA-based catalysts by 5-10% in all geographic regions. The company will also increase prices for other select Polycat amine catalysts and tin metal-based catalysts by 5-10% on a regional basis.
LANXESS Raises Price of Pigments
The LANXESS Chemicals Group is raising its prices for all iron oxide and chrome oxide pigments effective immediately. The Bayferrox and Colortherm lines of the Inorganic Pigments business unit will go up by 5 - 15 percent and the Chrome Oxide grades will increase by up to 30 percent.
