Sheboygan Paint Company has appointed Ian LeMay as site manager for its Cedartown, Georgia, facility. In this role, LeMay will oversee daily operations with a focus on plant safety and process efficiency, supporting the company’s Customerization℠ approach to tailored coatings solutions.

LeMay brings more than a decade of operations management experience, including leadership roles at four Sherwin-Williams sites. His background includes scheduling, budgeting, logistics, compliance, and employee development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
