Bodo Möller Chemie Announces Leadership Transition

The Bodo Möller Chemie Group announced that Peter Holm has been appointed chairman of Bodo Möller Chemie Denmark. Holm, who joined the group in 2008 and led the Danish subsidiary for many years, will gradually step back from daily operations while continuing to provide strategic guidance.

“Peter Holm has developed the Danish location into a significant part of our company group with his vision and dedication,” said Frank Haug, CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group. “We’re pleased that he’ll continue to provide us with advice and support, using his valuable knowledge and connections.”
Holm added that he looks forward to supporting Håkansson in her role, noting, “After many years in operational leadership, it’s time for me to take a step back and make room for new ideas.”
The company said the transition reflects its focus on long-term growth and strong corporate governance in the Nordic region.
