BAM Coatings Expands with Acquisition

BAM Coatings announced it has acquired L&L Concrete Coating, a Fort Worth, Texas-based installer. The move extends BAM’s reach from Wisconsin to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
The acquisition provides BAM with a local presence in North Texas, expanding opportunities to deliver its polyurea coating systems and customer-focused service model. The company said the transition will maintain the standards of quality and service associated with both brands while introducing its products to a new customer base.
“We are incredibly excited to bring the BAM Coatings standard of excellence to the Fort Worth market,” said Brandon Landro, co-founder of BAM Coatings. “This acquisition of L&L Concrete Coating is a significant milestone in our growth, allowing us to serve a vibrant new community.”
BAM Coatings, headquartered in Appleton, Wisconsin, specializes in polyurea and polyaspartic coating systems for residential and commercial applications including garages, patios, basements and showrooms. Services under the BAM brand will become available to Fort Worth-area customers in the coming weeks.
This acquisition reflects continued mergers and acquisitions activity.
