Coatings Trends & Technologies Summit Kicks Off September 3

The Coatings Trends & Technologies (CTT) Summit returns to The Westin in Lombard, Illinois, September 3–5, 2025, bringing together coatings professionals for three days of technical learning, networking, and innovation. Thursday begins with welcome remarks and the Lifetime Achievement Award presentation, followed by the keynote panel “Real-World Successes in AI-Enabled Coatings Innovation.” Panelists from Albert Invent, DyStar, Valdera, Proleit by Schneider Electric, and Applied Molecules will share how AI is transforming coatings research and development.
Across both Thursday and Friday, more than 60 technical sessions highlight the latest in bio-based technology, resin advances, additive performance, pigment and color science, powder coatings, corrosion control, and sustainability. A strong emphasis is placed on digitalization and generative AI, with sessions on everything from defoamer innovation to closing the expertise gap in technical sales.
