MIDDLEBORO, MA – Brookfield Engineering Laboratories announced the appointment of Eric Chiang to the position of Product Manager - Texture Analyzers. Chiang will be serving in the place of Len Thibodeau who has recently announced his retirement.

Since joining Brookfield in 2007, Chiang has provided customers with sales assistance and technical support for both the domestic and international markets. He has also served on the Brookfield Training team, teaching customers how to get the most out of their Brookfield instruments.
