CLEVELAND – The Lubrizol Corp. has signed an agreement to purchase Merquinsa, a leader in specialty thermoplastic polyurethanes. Located in Barcelona, Spain, Merquinsa serves the specialty polymer market, and its products are used in a wide range of applications.
