PHILADELPHIA ? Axalta Coating Systems has expanded its global product portfolio to include the Alesta® Global Color Collection, an architectural powder coatings line.

Now available worldwide, Alesta’s Global Color Collection is inspired by iconic locations such as China’s Forbidden City, the Horseshoe Bend in Arizona, France’s Mont Blanc and an ancient Mayan Pyramid in Mexico.

“The Global Color Collection portfolio is designed to meet the needs of our architectural customers on a global basis while continuing to provide the high-quality service our customers expect from our dedicated team of professionals,” said Bill Sante, Global Director, Marketing and Business Development for Axalta’s powder coating operations. “This is also a proud day for our powder coatings team as we introduce the first series of global architectural powder solutions from Axalta.”

Alesta’s Global Color Collection is available in fine texture, matte, semi-gloss and high-gloss finishes and has excellent weatherability, elasticity and abrasion resistance, making the powder coatings ideal for hand railings, fencing and residential aluminum extrusions. Alesta’s dynamic new colors can be applied on aluminum or steel substrates. They have high color retention and are environmentally responsible, meeting AAMA, Qualicoat and GSB standards.

This will be the first in a series of launches of the Global Color Collection, which will cover a wide variety of RAL colors in various finishes.

Axalta is supporting the global launch of the Alesta Global Color Collection with a new, colorful product brochure. For more information, visit www.powder.axaltacs.com.
