MIDDLESEX, NJ -- Leslie P. Trinity and James Natalini have acquired the assets of Agate Lacquer Mfg. Co. Inc., Long Island City, NY, and will operate the business as Agate Lacquer Tri-Nat L.L.C.
The new company has relocated to a larger manufacturing site at the Jema-American Inc. coatings production facility in Middlesex, NJ, with warehouse facilities in Queens, NY.
Trinity has more than 20 years of experience with Agate Lacquer, and Natalini is the owner of Jema-American Coatings.
Agate Lacquer, founded in 1926, produces a range of lacquer coatings for various specialty applications. Jema-American Coatings is a manufacturer of decorative and functional metallizing finishes.
