Grace Matthews Inc., a Milwaukee-based investment bank, has promoted Andy Hinz to Investment Banking Associate. In his new position, Hinz will take on an expanded role in developing and executing transaction strategies for a broad range of clients. Hinz has worked on transactions within the financial services, basic materials, printing, and industrial equipment and services markets.
