WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — ASTM has issued a request for information on methods used by testing laboratories to determine pigment volume concentration, as part of a standards-development process being carried out by ASTM Subcommittee D01.21 on Chemical Analysis of Paints and Paint Materials. The subcommittee is part of Committee D-1 on Paint and Related Coatings, Materials and Applications.
