NEWPORT, Del. - A number of scientists from Ciba Specialty Chemicals will serve on the faculty of The Center for Professional Advancement's (CfPA) course entitled "Additives for the Coatings Industry" on September 13-15, 2006, in New Brunswick, N.J.
