I.T.I. Anti-Corrosion Inc. and The Coatings Laboratory Inc., both based in Houston, have announced an agreement to merge their testing and consulting operations. The resulting combination offers a range of services, including testing of coatings and linings, coatings raw materials, adhesives, plastics and other materials; consulting; formulation; failure investigation; environmental research; and expert-witness services.
