ROSELAND, NJ - Curtiss-Wright Corp. acquired certain assets of the Everlube Products Division of Morgan Advanced Ceramics Inc. for approximately $6.4 million.

Everlube Products, a manufacturer of solid-film-lubricant and other specialty coatings, will operate as part of the Metal Treatment segment of Curtiss-Wright Corp.
