Rapidly increasing prices for crucial feedstocks and the increasing costs of freight, energy, and packaging have forced DSM to act and raise prices for its Uralac™ Polyester Powder Coating resin range sold in North America by $0.05-$0.09/lb depending on the grade. These prices will be effective for all orders shipped on or after July 16, 2008, or as otherwise permitted by the terms and conditions of customer contracts. This price increase is in addition to the $0.05/lb price increase that went into effect June 1, 2008.
