ANN ARBOR, MI - Flint Ink Corp. has acquired all of the business and operating assets of The Ink Co., West Sacramento, CA, a manufacturer of ink and coatings for the newspaper, heatset, sheetfed and package printing markets.
Flint Ink produces a comprehensive range of web and sheetfed offset, flexographic, gravure, and UV/EB curable ink. The company operates nearly 100 facilities worldwide, employs approximately 3,200 people and had sales of more than $1 billion worldwide in 1998.
