Color Resolutions International announced an agreement to acquire the business in conjunction with Stonehenge Partners.

COLUMBUS, OH — Color Resolutions International LLC, a new company formed by senior managers of the printing-ink business of Borden Chemical Inc., announced an agreement to acquire the business in conjunction with Stonehenge Partners Inc., an investment group based in Columbus, OH.

The Cincinnati-based ink business is a supplier of products for paper and plastic packaging materials. George Sickinger, who has directed the ink business for Borden Chemical, will be president and CEO of Color Resolutions.
