WASHINGTON - During its annual meeting in late October, the National Paint & Coatings Association (NPCA) acknowledged its 2006 Safety Award recipients - those association member companies with outstanding safety records. NPCA operates the program in the hopes that it will provide information that can be utilized by the association and its members to promote industry’s commitment to workplace safety with various government agencies.
