LONDON — IAL Consultants, London, has acquired Information Research Limited (IRL), a business-research company that specializes in the global paint and coatings markets. IAL Consultants said the acquisition complements its research services in the paint and coatings markets, which include published studies and client research programs. IRL is also based in London.
