PERSTORP, Sweden - Perstorp is doubling the production capacity of its recently acquired Capa® caprolactone plant in Warrington, England. The groundwork for this investment is now complete and the expanded capacity will be operational in the first half of 2010. The new monomer capacity will be based on Perstorp’s proprietary technology.
PERSTORP, Sweden - Perstorp is doubling the production capacity of its recently acquired Capa® caprolactone plant in Warrington, England. The groundwork for this investment is now complete and the expanded capacity will be operational in the first half of 2010. The new monomer capacity will be based on Perstorp’s proprietary technology.
The market for caprolactone and its derivatives is growing rapidly and Perstorp’s investment to double its production capacity of monomer, as well as increasing the capacity of polycaprolactone polyol, is a direct response to this growth.
