Reichhold is increasing prices for coating products sold in North America or exported, effective for products shipped on or after July 1, 2008 or as contracts allow.

Reichhold is increasing prices for coating products sold in North America or exported, effective for products shipped on or after July 1st, 2008 or as contracts allow. Prices on all solvent-based, water-based and water-reducible products will increase a minimum of $0.06/lb. All products sold in steel drums will increase an additional $0.02/lb due to back-to-back increases in steel and steel drum costs.

According to Tony Rende, director of business management, this increase is driven by the continuing escalation of all key raw materials, energy and transportation costs.
