Silberline, based in Tamaqua, Pa., a supplier of special effect and performance pigments, has formed a global strategic alliance with Taizhu, headquartered in Wenzhou, Jiangsu province, one of China's top pearlescent pigment producers. The two companies will engage in joint marketing and technical cooperative programs aimed at visually enhancing the value of worldwide paint and coatings, inks and plastics formulations. Additionally, Silberline will represent and distribute Taizhu's pearlescent pigments to many of these same customers throughout the world, excluding China.
