REDMOND, WA/REDWOOD CITY, CA – Univar Inc., a global chemical distributor, and Basic Chemical Solutions L.L.C. (BCS), a global distributor and trader of commodity chemicals, have signed a definitive agreement for Univar to acquire BCS.
