The Latin American Expo Paints and Inks (Latin American Coatings Show) remains the leading event for Latin America for raw materials suppliers and equipment manufacturers for the industry of paints and printing inks. Investment in Mexico have increased at a faster rate than expected from the global economic downturn.
Expenditure on machinery, equipment and construction have played a major role in the recovery of the second largest economy in Latin America, more and more solid.
According to a report published in January 2011 by Reuters, gross investment in fixed capital in Mexico rose 2.16% and indicators point to a recovery from the recent downturn, in fact, the economy has expanded 5.4% last year. The central bank expects a growth of almost 5% this year.
