Tomorrow’s Polyurethane Dispersions (Part II):
Case Studies and Applications for Resinate PUDs
Polyurethane Dispersion (PUD) coatings are being used increasingly in industry due to their dynamic properties and environmental benefits. PUDs provide high chemical resistance and are physically durable which makes them appropriate for a variety of commercial and industrial applications. They can also be relatively easy to formulate and contain low to zero VOCs.
This follow-up webinar to "Tomorrow's Polyurethane Dispersions: Fundamentals, structure and industrial applications that offset other resin technologies" builds on the foundation set forth in Part I, and highlights case studies relating to the development of new PUDs.
The case studies will cover the basic formulation, application testing, prototype testing, prototype selection and will survey ideal substrates for PUD applications.
This presentation will provide attendees with:
- A review of the fundamental points of PUD formulation
- Case studies demonstrating formulation and testing
- A comparison of PUDs data showing how its performance compares as an offset to other resin coating technologies
