BETHESDA, MD – RadTech, the Association for UV and EB Technology, is offering an event that explores the continued emergence of UV and EB technologies used in curing applications. The program, The UV/EB Surface Curing Workshop, will take place on September 10, 2015, at the Georgia Power – A Southern Company’s Customer Resource Center (CRC) in Dunwoody, GA, a suburb of Atlanta.
The day’s events tentatively include overviews of UV and EB technologies’ processes, equipment and applications; an analysis of the basics of UV, UV LED and EB chemistry; a comparison of EV- and EB-curable adhesives and which situations warrant using each; and real-world UV and EB user case studies.The workshop will conclude with a series of hands-on radiation technology equipment demonstrations.
