Dow and DuPont Receive Antitrust Clearance from U.S. Department of Justice for Proposed Merger of Equals
Merger on Track to Close in August 2017
WILMINGTON, Del. and MIDLAND, Mich., June 15, 2017-- DuPont (NYSE: DD) and The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) announced today that they have reached a proposed agreement with the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) that will permit the companies to proceed with their proposed merger of equals.
