TURIN, Italy — Italy-based Inkmaker srl has acquired the German company SWESA Dosiersysteme GmbH, a specialist in customized dosing systems. The acquisition is another milestone in achieving Inkmaker Group’s objective of offering complete process engineering to its client. The acquisition is Inkmaker’s third since 2019. The company acquired the businesses of Rexson Systems Limited and Vale-Tech Limited in the United Kingdom in October 2019, and in January of this year it purchased Tecnopails S.n.c in Italy.
SWESA matches ecological and economic ideas with innovative dosing systems such as the FLEXO and SMARTMaster. These machines, respected in the market for being sturdy and durable, are known for not requiring frequent servicing. Additionally SWESA’s unique needleless valves, with their ability of achieving 100% ink circulation, have attracted a significant database of global customers from the food packaging, office furniture, tissues and heavy-duty corrugated packaging industries.
