Chemcentral said it completed a $1.7-million expansion program.
Chemcentral Corp., Bedford Park, IL, said it completed a $1.7-million expansion program at the company’s chemical-distribution facility at Morrisville, PA, near Philadelphia. The expansion, totaling 81,000 square feet, includes 25,000 square feet of additional warehouse space and a bulk storage area with a capacity of 110,000 gallons. Chemcentral also has purchased a new distribution center in Guelph, Ontario, a move the company said marks its re-entry into the Canadian market. The facility includes 36,000 square feet of general warehouse space, with 7,000 square feet dedicated to storage of flammable materials.
