Akzo Nobel Coatings Recognizes Student Project With Hanna Award
COLUMBUS, OH - Akzo Nobel Coatings' Coil and Extrusion Coatings Business Unit presented the 18th Annual Hanna Award in Coatings, recognizing the best project on the science and technology of chemical coatings entered in Ohio Science Day, to middle-school student Carly J. Frazier of Frankfort, OH.
Frazier's project, titled "Which Brand of Nail Polish is the Most Durable," compared the durability of a broad selection of consumer nail-polish products. Science Day judges found the project to be "well thought out, with a balanced regard for both scientific content and practical application."
