CARY, NC – Effective March 15, 2012, or as contracts allow, Arkema Coating Resins will increase pricing on all solventborne and powder coating resins sold in North America. Chempol™ acrylics, alkyds, polyesters and oils will increase by $0.06 to $0.12 per pound. Reafree™ polyester powder resins will increase by $0.06 to $0.08 per pound. 

This action is necessary due to escalation in the cost of raw materials and transportation for solventborne and powder products.
