Perstorp Sells Remaining Shares of Vencorex

Vencorex recently announced that the group is now owned by a single shareholder: PTTGC International (Netherlands) B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Thai company PTT Global Chemical. The announcement was made after Perstorp Holding AB decided to exercise its option to sell its remaining shares (9.18%) of Vencorex to PTT Global Chemical, a leading integrated petrochemical company in Asia, at the end of June. Perstorp’s involvement in the company spanned almost 14 years.
