Sheboygan Paint Company Names New Master Planner

Sheboygan Paint Company announced the appointment of Jodi Heim as master planner. In this role, Heim is responsible for driving operational efficiency through enhanced sales and operations planning (S&OP), scheduling and capacity planning.

Heim brings 20 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations, including leadership roles at Kohler Energy. She previously served as a senior project leader and master scheduler. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.

The company formulates and supplies custom industrial finishing solutions, producing water- and solvent-based coatings for metal, wood and plastic substrates. Founded in 1921, it operates manufacturing facilities and labs in Sheboygan and Cedartown, Georgia, and serves customers across North America.
