ICP Group Appoints New VP to Lead RDW Operations

ICP Group appointed Todd Brown as vice president of operations for its Roofing & Driveway Sealers (RDW) business unit. Brown brings more than 34 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and operations leadership.

In his new role, Brown will oversee all RDW plant operations and report to ICP’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining ICP, he served as vice president of operations for Air Liquide Advanced Materials, managing 11 global plants and directing supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology teams. He also spent over 20 years at The Dow Chemical Company in various operational roles.

Brown earned his chemical engineering degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He noted that he looks forward to supporting plant leaders and enhancing operations across the RDW business.
