Noveon Inc.

Noveon Inc., Cleveland, announced the start-up of operations at the company’s first performance-coatings manufacturing plant and applications lab in China, at a site near Shanghai. The facility, with an annual capacity of 8,000 metric tons per year, will initially supply textile-compound chemicals and polymers for printing, coatings and finishing-related products in China and the Asia-Pacific region.
