AlliedSignal and Honeywell said their shareholders have approved a merger of the two companies.
MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — AlliedSignal Inc. and Honeywell Inc. said their shareholders have approved a merger of the two companies. The merger is still under review by the European Commission, which is focusing on “limited areas of the companies’ aerospace businesses,” the companies said.
