Honeywell, AlliedSignal Complete Merger

MORRISTOWN, NJ - Honeywell International Inc. announced the completion of its merger with AlliedSignal Inc. The merged company retains the Honeywell International name, and is a diversified technology and manufacturing concern that supplies aerospace products and services; automotive products; specialty chemicals; fibers; plastics; electronic materials; and other products and technologies.

AlliedSignal's Specialty Chemicals business is a supplier of a number of coatings additives, including waxes, urethane blocking agents, antiskinning agents, and specialty pigments.
