Dexter Completes Sale Of Wiring Board Unit

WINDSOR LOCKS, CT - Dexter Corp. has completed the sale of its printed wiring board business to Cookson Group plc for $33 million (U.S.). Dexter said the sale reflects a consolidation trend in the printed wiring board industry.
