Rohm and Haas has introduced the ROVACE® 9900 emulsion polymer.
Rohm and Haas Co. has introduced ROVACE® 9900 emulsion polymer, a new, low-odor binder that provides solvent-free capability for vinyl acrylic paint. The material was designed for high scrub performance, providing excellent scrub resistance in both flat and satin formulations. It also can offer excellent gloss capability.
