BASF Breaks Ground for New Resins Plant

WYANDOTTE, MI - BASF has officially broken ground for its new resins plant in Wyandotte. The plant is expected to be fully operational in the second half of 2009 and will produce the JONCRYLâ„¢ products that BASF acquired when it purchased Wisconsin-based Johnson Polymer. The construction project will cost in excess of $150 million.
