Price Increase for Perstorp Carboxylic Acids

Perstorp, a specialty chemicals company, has announced price increases on carboxylic acids and formates effective July 1, 2008, or as existing contracts permit.

 

Prices are increased for the following products: 2-ethylhexanoic acid (Europe by EUR 70/MT and export by USD 200/MT); propionic acid (Europe by EUR 90/MT and export by USD 150/MT); formic acid (Europe by EUR 60/MT).
