Bo Dankis, President and CEO, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Perstorp Holding AB.
Bo Dankis, President and CEO, has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board of Perstorp Holding AB. For a transitional period, he will work as both President and Chairman. Dankis replaces Lennart Holm, who will remain as Vice Chairman of the Board. Claes Gard was elected as a Member of the Board and Martin Lundin was elected Vice President. Ragnar Hellenius, of PAI partners, was elected to be a Member of the Board earlier this year.
