CONSHOHOCKEN, PA - Van Horn, Metz & Co. Inc. has been appointed the exclusive distributor for Zhejiang Ruicheng Effect Pigment Co. Ltd. Ruicheng produces a full line of pearl pigments, including white, interference, metallic gold, Diamond Dream™ synthetic mica and exterior grades. Ruicheng recently purchased the Ciba Specialty Chemicals investment and is now wholly owned.
