Sika Announces New Appointment in Customer Service Group

MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – Sika Industry Target Market USA has appointed new personnel in the Customer Service group.

Lisa Paczesny joins Sika Corp. as a Customer Service Representative for the Industry Division. Paczesny will report directly to Monica Gapczynski, Manager of Customer Service. Paczesny has been with Sika since February 2013 as a contract Customer Service Representative.

Paczesny will be responsible for serving customers in the growing wind and solar markets, as well as assisting the Aftermarket Customer Service group.
