WACKER POLYMERS to Raise Prices for Dispersions in the Americas

MUNICH, Germany/ALLENTOWN, PA– WACKER POLYMERS is raising its prices for VINNAPAS^® vinyl acetate-ethylene and VINNOL^® ethylene-vinyl chloride-based copolymer dispersions in the Americas.

Effective February 15, 2014, WACKER will implement a price increase of up to five percent per wet pound, or as customer contracts allow.

This measure has been necessitated by the continued increase in raw material cost.
