Andy Balgeman currently serves as technical manager of the Industrial and Construction group at Engineered Polymer Solutions. Andy has over 20 years of experience as a formulating chemist, with past roles at Ace Hardware, Halox (ICL Performance Products), and the past 13 years with EPS. Andy earned a B.S. in Biology from Valparaiso University, and a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Northern Illinois University.
