Ralph holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and the paint and coatings industry. Since 2003, he has led multiple ventures focused on testing technologies, automation and digital transformation. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding several companies that deliver innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the coatings sector.

As the founder of the Smart Paint Factory Alliance in Germany, Ralph has championed collaboration between academia, industry and IT to drive digital innovation across the value chain. Through his company Metromation, he has facilitated technology transfer for SMEs aiming to support paint and coatings manufacturers across the Americas.

In 2025, Ralph launched NASOTIC Inc., a forward-looking company dedicated to the development of innovative fine chemicals with a strong focus on high-performance solutions for the paint and coatings industry. With a unique blend of technical insight and industry leadership, Ralph continues to push the boundaries of smart materials and integrated systems for a more sustainable and efficient future.
