Sachin Joshi is an engineering graduate in Polymer Science who is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Polymer Technology. He has a rich and varied experience of 25-plus years in the development and manufacturing of polymeric-based high-performance paints for high-end engineering applications.

Sachin has closely worked with many multinationals for offering customized solutions to meet their specific technical requirements of paints and coatings. In addition to his continuous indigenous research efforts, he has strong credentials in developing cost-effective and superior-in-performance coating solutions for critical and sensitive applications. The most recent achievement being the development of sustainable, green, zero-VOC coating formulations for decorative and industrial applications. His innovative work has earned him two patents, and two are under consideration for grant.
