This webinar will give an overview of reverse engineering protocols for various coatings using the modern-day Pyrolysis-GC/MS. Analytical pyrolysis encompasses much more than flash pyrolysis. Virtually any material (gas, liquid or solid) can be characterized using modern, multi-mode pyrolysis systems. Volatiles, additives, oligomers, polar, heavy, and polymeric materials can be analyzed without solvent extractions or pretreatments.
